BEAGLE, an EU-funded project harnessing the Blue Ocean Strategy to transform research results into market innovation, announces the launch of Open Call #2. This initiative invites researchers, academics, and technology center experts to drive the development of innovative solutions for industry demands identified in BEAGLE’s successful Open Call #1.
The BEAGLE consortium met in Paris on February 6-7, 2025, hosted by our fantastic partners at NextMove. It was an excellent opportunity to connect, reflect on our progress, and refine our approach as we move forward with the project. These meetings are always a great chance to revisit our achievements and align our strategies for the next steps.

On October 23rd, 2024, Webit took place in Sofia, Bulgaria, bringing together top innovators, entrepreneurs, and industry experts from across the globe to explore the future of technology, sustainability, and industry collaboration. F6S team showcased BEAGLE alongside several other impactful EU-funded initiatives.
University West, Sweden is renowned for its innovative approach to education, emphasizing the integration of theory with practical skills across diverse fields. The university representative, Maher Asal, brings his expertise in transforming academic research into tangible societal and economic benefits through effective knowledge transfer and co-creation initiatives. This underscores University West’s integral role in driving progress and fostering collaboration between academia and industry, ultimately enhancing quality of life and economic prosperity
F6S utilizes its expertise in tracking emerging trends across over 300 industries to support the BEAGLE Marketplace, creating a robust launchpad for connections and collaborations between academia and industry. Additionally, F6S plays a crucial role in the project by managing communication, dissemination, and exploitation strategies, ensuring impactful engagement and outreach within the EU startup ecosystem.
NextMove brings a dynamic edge to the BEAGLE project with its specialised knowledge in mobility and automotive sectors. Their role extends to fostering collaboration between academic and industry stakeholders, ensuring project developments are widely disseminated. Through strategic event organisation and proactive matchmaking, NextMove amplifies the project’s impact within its ecosystem.
CleanTech Bulgaria is a prominent business network focused on innovation and sustainable development. It fosters strategic partnerships between academia, industry, and the public sector to advance innovation.
Automotive Technology Centre of Galicia (CTAG) brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the BEAGLE project, particularly in the automotive, transport, and mobility sectors. As a private non-profit research and technology organization, CTAG stands at the forefront of these industries, with a focus on clean mobility, UX and comfort, factories of the future, advanced materials, and autonomous, smart, and connected mobility. This expertise enriches the project’s capacity to address complex challenges and develop innovative solutions that resonate with both industry needs and societal demands.
At the heart of the BEAGLE project lies a commitment to fostering innovation and collaboration on a global scale. In this endeavour, UNIMOS Alliance (UNIMOS) emerges as an important partner, bringing to the table a wealth of experience in cultivating international and intersectoral cooperation within European innovation ecosystems. With a focus on forging novel links and synergies between academia, industry, clusters, and technology centers, UNIMOS plays a vital role in driving the project forward.
